Every path starts with intention

Something has been asking for your attention. Pain that won't shift. A nervous system that won't settle. A body that doesn't feel like home. A quiet voice beneath the doing. Whatever it is, we begin with listening.

For those who want to begin on their own terms

FOUNDATION

Foundation is a self-paced course that walks you through the same four-step process I use with my 1:1 clients — Listen, Undo, Re-pattern, Integrate.
A 20 minute private session with me makes sure it's landing in your body.

  • Breath Mapping: a practice that shows you where tension lives in your body, and where the nervous system remembers safety

  • Self-massage and fascial release work for the places you know you’ve been holding tension and stress, and for the places you’ve yet to find.

  • Three dimensional breathing, nervous system practices and subtle core work that support your alignment

  • Integrate: embody the work into how you sit, move, and live through your day

  • One 20-minute session with me to make sure the work is taking root

Launching Fall 2026

Work with me 1:1

We begin with a single session, in person at my Topanga studio or via Zoom. I listen to what your body is carrying, observe your movement, your breath and begin to understand the patterns your body has been holding.
From there, I design the work specifically for you — at your pace.

This is not a consultation, it is the work from the very first breath

What ongoing work looks like

After our first session I’ll recommend a package based on your needs. Whether you need a focused reset over a few months or are ready to commit to a deeper, longer arc of transformation,
the work is built entirely for you.

  • For those ready for a focused reset

    5 SESSIONS. 6 MONTHS

Something isn't working. Pain, stiffness, or postural patterns that weren't there a few years ago. A mind that won't stop spinning even when your head hits your pillow. You want support to understand why — and space between sessions to integrate what you're learning. By the end of five sessions, you won't just feel better — you'll know how to listen to your body's subtle signals before they turn into something louder.

  • For those ready to commit to something deeper

    10 SESSIONS. 4 MONTHS

You want consistent, weekly support to deeply transform how you move, feel, breathe, and live in your body. Whether it's postural patterns, chronic tension, or a nervous system stuck in overdrive — you're open to looking at everything. The patterns, the pushing through. The stories underneath. After 10 sessions, you'll feel a shift. After 20, others will notice it. After 30, you'll live in an entirely different relationship with your body.

Listen
& Build Awareness

Check in. Breathe. We start with what's showing up in your body and focus on settling the nervous system.

Undo
& Unravel

Bodywork and breathwork to release the tension your body and mind have been holding.

Re-
Pattern

Now that there's space, we rebuild. Full, three-dimensional breathing. Core engagement to support alignment. Breath practices and mindwork to help release the stories that are running the show.

Integrate

Standing. Sitting. Moving. Daily breathing and living. We put your new patterns into action, add resilience and strength, and build a home practice so the work becomes embodied.

A structure that follows you from the first breath

Every session weaves bodywork, breath, and movement together — shaped by what your body and mind need that day. This is the foundation our work together is built on.

START WITH THE FIRST SESSION

Barbara's Topanga studio with a massage table, a wooden chest of drawers with small items on top, a plant, and glass sliding doors leading to a porch with greenery outside.
THE STUDIO

Topanga Canyon

The studio sits in the canyon, surrounded by nature and away from the pace of the city. You'll notice your nervous system settle before the session begins. Can’t make it to the canyon? Sessions are also available via Zoom.

A wooden shelf with folded towels and pillows on the left, a wooden decorative candle holder, and a woven basket with headphones on top, placed against a plain wall with a tall green plant on the right.
BETWEEN SESSIONS

The work continues at home

You’ll receive practices to work with between sessions — breath, movement, bodywork you can do on your own. The intention is a body and mind you know how to take care of — outside of the studio.

"She has taught me how to listen to my
body and have a more confident mind-body connection.
After working with her, I can
more easily and quickly tap into my emotions, how they show up in my body, and what
changes I should make
throughout my day to better regulate my nervous system"
