A 2 hour transformational experience under the grandmother oaks in Topanga Canyon. Barbara guides you through a deep breath journey followed by Michelle's sacred sound to anchor you in light and Divine Mother energy.

I have been working with and teaching breath since 2000. My journey began with my yoga practice and my interest in learning the functional biological aspects of breathing. In 2009, I began working with the Sudarshan Kriya, a circular breathing technique that allows for emotional release and deep transformation.
I've continued my love of the breath with Transformational Breathing, Holotropic breath, Wim Hof and continued yogic breathing.
Breathwork enlightens patterns in the body. It is a gateway and entry point for more awareness, emotional release and nervous system regulation.
Breath moves us out of the mind and into the heart.
My intention is to create a safe space to assess breath pattern & to encourage transformation.
Breath is medicine.
Stillness is medicine.
All of your life is medicine…
Michelle Terrah Luz is a Spiritual Healer, Shamanic Practitioner, and Sound Medium on the path of awakening to God; a path of self realization and unconditional love. She uses shamanic methods to release, purify, and rejuvenate the aura and physical body of all that does not serve the higher self. Michelle embeds love and gentle compassion to heal both energetically and physically.
