Healing Session

Pain and stress show up differently for each of us. Whether it's back pain, obsessive thinking, medical diagnosis, post-surgery recovery, overwhelm, daily stress, fear, fatigue—or something entirely your own—the process of figuring out how to heal can add more overwhelm, pain, and stress.
Through intake and postural assessment, we’ll eliminate the overwhelm and explore the root cause of what's going on in your body, mind, and heart so that you can begin to heal and build new foundational strength. This is a process of understanding yourself, what your body is telling you, and why. I am an investigator and problem solver when it comes to the human body, breath, and mind—and together we work to find you peace, freedom, and clarity.

Shamanic Breath Journey

After experiencing profound awakenings through circular breath patterning in 2009 with the Art of Living, I explored various circular breathwork methods including Wim Hof, Transformational Breathwork, and ultimately Holotropic Breathwork and the work of Stan Grof.
Circular breathing brings us to the shamanic realm through non-ordinary states of consciousness. We breathe the ego away and allow the heart, spirit, and vision to guide us. This science-backed breathwork relieves stress patterns, releases held emotions and connects you to your inner guidance system.
These intimate sessions guide you through deep breathwork and end with integration, helping you weave your non-ordinary experiences into everyday life.
I have worked with Barbara for over 10 years and in the past few years have introduced breathwork into my practice.
