A weekly online class exploring the intimate connection between breath and pelvic health.
This class supports busy women and mothers experiencing pelvic pain, dysfunction, postural issues, breathing restrictions, back pain, and issues related to hormonal changes and past birth traumas. Whether healing or simply deepening your relationship with your body, this simple practice becomes a foundation for any movement practice and daily life.

Together we'll restore your center, relieve pain, and build sustainable strength—creating a foundation for all you do as a mother, lover, caregiver, and creator, no matter your stage of life.
