Breath of the Pelvis

A weekly online class exploring the intimate connection between breath and pelvic health.
This class supports women experiencing pelvic pain, prolapse, hernias, spinal disc issues, low back pain, bladder weakness, diaphragm tightness, breathing restrictions, or scar tissue adhesions in the torso or pelvic cavity. Whether healing or simply deepening your relationship with your body, this practice meets you where you are.

We meet each Thursday via Zoom to work with scar tissue, postural patterns, fascial release, and the Hypopressives method. Together we'll restore your center, relieve pain, and build sustainable strength—creating a foundation for all you do as a mother, lover, caregiver, and creator, no matter your stage of life.
